What we’ll be reading, watching, sipping, snacking, and sniffing this month…

Reading

Tempus Tours offers the wealthy a chance to witness pivotal moments in history.
They enlist award-winning filmmaker Phoebe Hunt to create a fly-on-the-wall documentary. On her first day she is set to witness the return of a billionaire property developer and his family from their trip to the past. But instead of their awe-filled return, she captures the group arriving bloodied and traumatised, with one of their number missing.

An absolutely gripping genre-bending read.

A fateful accident erases a troubled marriage from memory—and love gets one extraordinary do-over.

Three years ago, Emery Finch did something completely out of character: She got married. To Luca—the impossibly charming landscaper she met on one blistering night in Vegas.

But now, Emery is consumed by her top-secret job and promising herself Luca will understand once her cutting-edge research comes to light. Until the unthinkable happens: A tragic accident takes Luca from her.

Desperate not to lose him, Emery breaks every rule to bring him back. And Luca would probably thank her for it, if only he could remember her.

Romance queens do it again. This is charming, heart-breaking, romance at its best.

Watching

Carley Fortune's Every Year After is a romantic, nostalgic story of first loves and the people and choices that mark us forever.

One of my favourite books so I was scared to start watching, but it’s every bit as heart warming and nostalgic and beautiful.

A young woman's hilariously confessional voicemails to her late sister are unknowingly redirected to a stranger, who begins to fall in love from afar.

I have had a sweet spot for Nick Robinson for a long time and he is back with a bang alongside the incredible Zoey Deutch in this tear-jerker. Be prepared for an emotional journey, but one well worth taking.

Sipping

A vibrant new superfood is taking centre stage, captivating the KIN team with its striking colour, naturally sweet flavour, and impressive versatility. Purple ube (pronounced ooh-bae), the cherished purple yam long celebrated in Filipino cuisine and cultural tradition, is 100% caffeine-free and challenging matcha's reign as the colourful tipple of choice.

We were lucky enough to be able to try some of the Limited Edition new flavour from Tenzing and it was delish!

White Peach in a can. Built for focus and powered by natural caffeine and electrolytes, it’s the perfect drink for calm, locked-in focus with no risk of jitters or crash.

Snacking

Founded in London in 2011, Coco di Mama is the UK's most loved Italian-to-go brand, serving freshly prepared pasta, sourdough sandwiches, salads, coffee and breakfast across its stores.

The KIN team ordered a very kindly gifted batch of pasta to the office and we are converted. Quick, easy, and so incredibly tasty, they’re perfect for food on the go when you don’t want to compromise on quality. YUM!

This summer’s must-have accessory for foodies is the Maldon Salt Pinch Tin Set. Compact and stylish, these reusable tins offer the best way to carry seasoning wherever you go. Slip them into your pocket or handbag to elevate ordinary dishes while you're out and about, from picnics in the park, to fish and chips on the beach and long alfresco evenings.

Sniffing

Make like the food du jour and spritz yourself with this stunning scent.

The delicacy of pistachio coated in a floral and fruity green fragrance, it features a subtle balance of addictive and comforting accords, with sensual trail that lasts all day long.

And for more special occasions (just because of the price) this is a beaut!

Draping softly against your skin, this sunlit musk is a carefree reverie where sparkling citrus dances and mingles with crisp green cypress, unfolding and melting into an amber glow of vanilla, orris, praline and musk.
