The KIN Edit
What we’ll be reading, watching, sipping, snacking, sniffing, and slathering this month…
Reading
In 2019, a London teenager, Zac Brettler, fell to his death from a luxury apartment building on the banks of the Thames. On a desperate quest to understand how their son had died, his grieving parents made a terrible discovery: Zac had been leading a fantasy life, posing as the son of a wealthy Russian oligarch.
An absolutely gripping, investigative, non-fiction. Intricate detail and perfect prose, this is a must-read
The Heart is a Locked Room
Abigail’s brother Benjamin is dead, and her world has literally been split in two. In one reality Abigail finds herself back at work, navigating the frustrations of well-wishers and busybodies, desperately wondering why her brother has gone. In the other an eminent detective arrives determined to find Benjamin’s killer among his circle of close friends.
Genre-bending in the best way. I can’t say too much about this one except go into it with an open mind. Perfection!
Watching
A college soap based on Elle Kennedy's bestselling book series, the first season of OFF CAMPUS follows the unlikely romance between wry, hockey-hating music major Hannah Wells and Briar U's womanizing star center Garrett Graham as they strike a deal to help each other out. But will their deal unfold as expected?
Sweet, sweet, swoon-worthy romance!

I know, I know, I’m late to The Pitt party, but strap yourself in, this is a good ‘un.
Each episode of a season follows one hour in a 15 hour-long ER shift, bringing you along for the ride. Tensions build as the team at The Pitt juggle personal crises, workplace politics, and the emotional toll of treating critically ill patients. And when a massive disaster sends floods of victims into the already overcrowded ER, the team are forced to make some harrowing decisions.
With 2 seasons already out and a third in the making, it’s winning awards for good reason.

Slathering
This incredible hair cleanser works as a shampoo, conditioner, and all-round hair genie.
With thick, wavy, frizzy hair, I was sceptical how I would get on with just one product… but I love it!!!
My hair has never felt softer, more healthy, and my scalp no longer itches! It’s a wonder product.
I don’t know about anyone else, but the idea of releasing my legs after months of hiding them away is a bit daunting (I know, I know!) But this blurring and hydrating lotion helps my neglected limbs look lovely, while I work on my self-confidence from the inside too!
