Rosie Robinson’s Perfect Specials Maple Smoothie

Supercharge your health kick with this incredible fruit smoothie recipe from Rosie Robinson. Made in minutes with blueberries, banana and pure Canadian maple syrup, this healthy superfood smoothie is bursting with essential vitamins, minerals and fibre – and it tastes great too!

Ingredients

  • 50ml pure Canadian maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)

  • 50g blueberries

  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 250ml almond milk

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
